MANILA, Philippines — BDO Unibank, Inc.’s Annual Stockholders’ Meeting will be conducted virtually on April 23, Friday, at 2:00 in the afternoon, with the proceedings live streamed and voting conducted in absentia through BDO’s secure online voting facility.
The record date for purposes of determining the stockholders entitled to notice and to vote is March 2.
