SM leaders led by Hans Sy, board adviser to SM Investments Corp. and SM Prime Holdings Inc. chair of the executive committee, joined over 300 CEOs, sustainability professionals, thought leaders, government regulatory bodies and development partners in emphasizing the importance of sustainability in business during the recently concluded Sustainability Summit held at the Conrad Manila. SM reiterated its commitment to be a partner for sustainable development, both in its operations and in reporting standards as the group continues to align its sustainable business practices and strategic social investments with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As a signatory to the UN Global Compact (UNGC), SM supports the 10 principles of the UNGC.
