The lure of the East is proving too hard to resist.
How can one say no to the fresh air, the more laidback ambience where you can simply relax and unwind at the end of a grueling day at work; less of the steel and concrete boxes and more of nature, lush greenery, breathtaking views of the mountains and city skylines; and of course, the ease afforded by major road networks and infrastructure projects on the pipeline that will bring the eastern corridor—which include bustling towns and cities in Rizal, Marikina and Pasig—closer to the metro’s central business hubs?
It all becomes clearer now why many are flocking to the East and why developers are aggressively expanding their footprint to cater to a booming demand for residential spaces here.
