MALOLOS CITY – For their strict compliance with the enforcement of health and safety protocols two SM City malls in Bulacan province were awarded the Safety Seal certification tag by the local government.
Marilao municipal licensing officer Martin Armando Cruz who presented the Safety Seal to the mall explained that the certification program came about with Joint Memorandum Circular 21-01 signed by the Department of the Interior and Local Government, Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Tourism, Department of Labor and Employment, and the Department of Health to ensure the health and safety of mall-goers against the coronavirus disease.
SM City-Baliwag also received the same Safety Seal tag from the municipal government. — Vinson F. Concepcion/PIA-3
