China Banking Corporation (China Bank) is giving customers a big “thank you” as it celebrates its 101st year with a new deposit promo, “Save Big, Shop Big”.
The promo is open to all new and existing account holders of China Bank regular peso Current and Savings Accounts. For every ₱5,000 monthly average daily balance (ADB) during the promo period—from August 1, 2021 to July 31, 2022—depositors earn one reward point. The reward points are equivalent to SM e-vouchers which can be exchanged for SM Gift Passes for shopping at any SM Store nationwide, or China Bank Credit Card Shopping Credits which can be used to pay for purchases anywhere MasterCard is accepted.
With China Bank’s “Save Big, Shop Big” promo, qualified depositors can earn more reward points the more they deposit. For example, a depositor who opens a regular peso Savings Account on August 15, 2021, with an ADB for the month of ₱12,000, will earn two reward points. By the end of September 2021, assuming the monthly ADB is ₱15,000, he/she will get three additional reward points, and so on.
