The SM Foundation delivered units of intensive care unit ventilator machines to the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) on March 27, 2020.
The donation of critical medical equipment is in addition to a cash donation made to PGH that was received by the team of Dr. Gerardo Legaspi, Director of PGH.
The donation forms part of PHP170 million in allocations pledged by SM Foundation to help medical front liners and 50 hospitals nationwide.
