The Public Relations Society of the Philippines has conferred the Silver Anvil Award to SM Retail, Inc. for its All-New SM Retail Employees’ Portal: Building well-informed employees under the category Public Relations Tools: Multimedia / Digital Intranet.
SM Retail, Inc. redesigned its intranet, transforming it into an all-service, one-stop-shop employees’ portal.
The redesigned SM Retail Employees’ Portal launched last February 2017 positively built a well-informed organization, provided the convenience of all HR-related services in one click, and strengthened employee engagement through the portal’s enhanced features and interactive channels.
The SM STORE President, Ms. Chelo C. Monasterio spearheaded the SM Retail delegation as they received the award during the 53rd Anvil Awards Gabi ng Parangal held at the Shangri-La Hotel, The Fort in Taguig City, Manila last March 23, 2018.
