Coming from the successful round-the-clock shopping started by SM Hypermarket Mall of Asia in December 2016, 21 SM Markets stores are now open 24 hours this year to accommodate anyone in a Christmas shopping mood anytime.
SM Markets’ move aims to cater to those staying late hours at work or taking night shifts and will accommodate those shopping for Noche Buena essentials at their most convenient time. No more rushing after work, no more enduring cravings in the middle of the night, and most importantly, be able to get the ingredients fresh when you need them.
SM Markets’ 24-hour operations kicked off as early as the second week of December in SM Hypermarket Mall of Asia; the store is now operating non-stop from December 8 to 23 and December 29 to 30. This was followed by 16 more SM Hypermarket stores having their 24-hour operations on December 18 to 23 and December 29 to 30 namely SM Hypermarket Antipolo, SM Hypermarket Bicutan, SM Hypermarket Cainta, SM Hypermarket Cherry Congressional, SM Hypermarket Clark, SM Hypermarket FTI, SM Hypermarket Jazz, SM Hypermarket Las Piñas, SM Hypermarket Market mall, SM Hypermarket Monumento, SM Hypermarket Muntinlupa, SM Hypermarket Novaliches, SM Hypermarket Pasig, SM Hypermarket Sucat, and SM Hypermarket Taytay. SM Hypermarket and SM Supermarket Fairview will likewise open 24 hours on December 15-23 and on December 26-30.
SM Supermarket Baguio, where tourists are expected to flock during the holidays, is also now open 24/7 from December 15 to 23 and December 29 to 30. Last but certainly not least is Savemore Market Anonas, and Light Residences which are starting their continuous operations on December 20 to 23 and December 27 to 30.
