SM Prime’s Commercial Properties Group (CPG) develops and handles the leasing of office buildings in key cities in Metro Manila and strategic regional locations, including its operations and management. Its office buildings are suited for companies in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry.
The E-com Centers, a series of modern and iconic office buildings mostly targeting technology-based industries and BPO companies are found in the Mall of Asia Complex. With One E-com, Two E-com and Five E-com Centers fully leased at the Mall of Asia Complex, SM Prime launched Three E-com Center and plans to develop more E-com Centers which will feature iconic architecture and designs most suited for outsourcing companies.
Other similar office building developments catering to the BPO industry include the SM Cyber Buildings – a mix of build-to-suit and ready-to-use office spaces in Makati City, and soon in other emerging “next wave” locations.
Put together, its office buildings have total gross floor area (GFA) of more than 695,000 square meters.
