The Embassy of Czech Republic screened the hit film Women on the Run during the of Cine Europa Film Festival held last year at SM Mall of Asia’s drive-in cinema.
The film screening on Dec. 3, coincided with the embassy’s celebration of the Czech Republic’s 31st Anniversary of the Struggle for Freedom and Democracy Day. Gracing the event was Czech Embassy’s deputy head of mission Jana Peterková.
Also present were M. Issam El-Debs, Consul General a.h. of the Consulate General of the Syrian Arab Republic; H.E. Capaya Rodriguez Gonzalez, ambassador of Venezuela to the Philippines; Department of Labor and Employment international affairs bureau director Alice Visperas; and SM senior vice president of marketing Millie Dizon.
