Despite logistical constraints caused by COVID-19, BDO Foundation has successfully renovated four rural health units in three provinces for the benefit of more than 114,000 people.
The corporate social responsibility arm of BDO Unibank rehabilitated Rural Health Unit (RHU), San Enrique, in Negros Occidental, Jiabong RHU, and Pinabacdao RHU and Birthing Facility in Western Samar, and RHU Cataingan and Birthing Clinic in Masbate. The foundation has rehabilitated a total of 110 rural health units since 2012.
