MANILA, Philippines – Property giant SM Prime Holdings is opening this Friday (Sept. 13) its 73rd shopping mall in the Philippines: a new lifestyle mall in the highly-urbanized city of Olongapo in Zambales.
Situated in Olongapo’s primary business district, along the bustling Rizal Avenue in Barangay East Tapinac, SM City Olongapo Central is a four-story complex with a floor area of 72,000 square meters.
This will be SM Prime’s second lifestyle mall in Olongapo, a first-class city. It will open with 85 percent of its space already leased out to tenants.
