SM Investments Corporation (SM) Vice Chairperson Teresita Sy-Coson shares her optimism on the country’s positive momentum and SM’s company’s growth strategy on the sidelines of the Milken Institute Asia Summit. Sy-Coson is among the international leaders in business, finance, government, technology, philanthropy, media, and academia, who are gathered in the 2-day collaborative sessions in Singapore to cover trends, innovations, and disruptions in the Asia-Pacific Region.
Speaking with Bloomberg Television’s Haslinda Amin, Sy-Coson said that the rising affluent market and young workforce are some of the key drivers that are propelling economic growth.
Sy-Coson also highlighted solid growth in SM’s core businesses, emphasizing innovations in operations such as embracing technology and expanding the bank’s digital initiatives.
