Pasay City, Philippines) SM Land has recently awarded EEI Corp. as general contractor for the construction of the Php3-billion ThreeE-comCenter office building at the Mall of Asia Complex (MOAC) in Pasay City. ThreeE-com is the third in a series of four iconic, premier office buildings in MOAC targeting business process outsourcing (BPO), maritime and shipping tenants, as well as other modern-technology firms.
